Gi Group acquires OnTime Solution GmbH and House of Jobs in Germany, specialising in International Mobility solutions.

2017 / 2018

Gi Group continues its acquisition process, incorporating Grafton and Marks Sattin, leading companies in the Professional segment.

2016

Gi Group acquires Tack and TMI, global leaders in training services. Gi Group opens an office in Colombia.

2014 / 2015

Gi Group expands its presence in several countries through partnership agreements. Gi Group starts its activities in Turkey, Portugal, the Netherlands and Slovakia.

2013

The HR Consulting business is internationalised and unified under a single brand, OD&M Consulting. The rebranding process of the unified search and selection practice under the Wyser brand begins.

2012

In 2012, Asset Management, a company specialising in management training and personnel development systems, became part of Gi Group.

2009/2011

The internationalisation path continues: Gi Group acquires the United Kingdom, Argentina and Eastern Europe and joins the World Employment Confederation, the international confederation of employment agencies.

Générale Industrielle and WorkNet merge into a single brand: Gi Group, Italy’s largest employment agency active in the fields of recruitment, search and selection, training, outplacement, insourcing and outsourcing, HR consulting, and payroll. The expansion programme continues with: China and Hong Kong, France, Brazil, Spain and India.

2007

Gi Group starts its internationalisation process with acquisitions in Germany and Poland.

2005

Gi Group entered the outplacement sector with the acquisition of DBM Italia, then INTOO.

2004

Acquisition of Worknet, the employment agency of the Fiat Group. The new company becomes the leading Italian operator with a turnover of 320 million Euro and 190 branches.
