What is Temptraining?

Anyone covered by the Collective Employment Agreement (CEA) for Staff Leasing is entitled to subsidised training. Temporary workers receive up to CHF 5000 for training and up to CHF 2250 for wage loss compensation.
Temptraining supports training in gastronomy, construction, industry, healthcare, and many other sectors.

Your benefits at a glance

Flexible application submission: up to 12 months retroactively or in advance.
Graduated budget: with 88 hours you receive CHF 500 – each additional hour + CHF 5.68 (max. CHF 5000).
Lump-sum compensation: wage loss (CHF 250/day), meals, travel & accommodation.
Safety courses are free: they do not reduce your credit.

Eligibility
requirements

At least 88 temporary hours in the last 12 months
Covered by the CEA Staff Leasing (0.4% contribution visible)
Training must be recognised by Temptraining
Course start within the last or next 12 months
Not having received CHF 5000 in contributions within the last 12 months
