Gi Life Sciences is recruiting a Compliance Manager on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company based in Ticino, Switzerland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional looking to join a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in supporting ethics, integrity and regulatory compliance across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve the company’s Ethics & Compliance framework.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), data privacy and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Develop, update and maintain compliance policies, SOPs and internal procedures.
- Manage third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and support internal investigations where required.
- Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory and Market Access.
- Ensure compliant interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and other external stakeholders.
- Deliver compliance training and contribute to fostering a strong ethical culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field (Compliance certification is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, including ABAC, data privacy and industry codes (e.g. EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Experience with compliance monitoring, internal investigations, policy implementation and third-party due diligence.
- Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Italian is considered a strong advantage.
