We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Coordination Specialist to strengthen our client’s teams for a temporary long-term assignment.
Location : Neuchâtel
LOGISTICS & PLANNING COORDINATION SPECIALIST POSITON
Tasks :
• Be the main point of contact for planning between production sites, carriers, and partners.
• Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with production and logistics providers.
• Track collection, transport, delivery, and manufacturing activities.
• Solve problems encountered throughout the patient journey and define action plans.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ensuring an optimal end-to-end customer experience.
• Manage escalations and exceptions (product returns, replacements, quality deviations, etc.).
• Update transactional data in BMS scheduling systems.
• Participate in daily operational meetings and team transmissions.
• Provide support to users of the scheduling portal.
• Track and process requests through the case management system.
• Lead certain meetings with the clinical and commercial teams.
• Comply with the SOPs, applicable procedures, and practices.
• • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of professional experience.
Experience in a customer service or operational support environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work in a regulated and international environment.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
