Details of the job offer
For our client, a leading IT service provider based in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a Junior System Engineer for a permanent position.
Your responsibilities:
- As a System Engineer in the Operations team, you have the opportunity to take responsibility for ensuring our customers' service functions properly and to guarantee smooth operations.
- You will process tickets as part of our incident, change, and problem management process.
- Providing, installing and maintaining hardware and software components as well as communication equipment.
- Creating user manuals, installation and support documentation
- Participation in a varied work environment and projects
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science (computer science apprenticeship specializing in systems engineering).
- Experience in service desk and customer support
- You already have initial experience or would like to develop further in these areas: Client/Server, Virtualization, Software Distribution, Backup and Storage Solutions, Exchange, etc.
- You are characterized by a customer-oriented work style, are a team player with initiative.
- You have a strong interest in new technologies and are motivated to learn about new areas.
- You have excellent German skills and good English skills.
