In this role, you will be involved in the management of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), ensuring that any vendor changes are properly assessed, documented, and implemented in a controlled manner that complies with regulatory requirements.

You work with several key systems, including SAP, TrackWise and the Document Management System.


Your responsibilities


  • Review, analyze, and coordinate the evaluation of supplier VCNs
  • Ensure the completion of impact analyses with the departments concerned
  • Monitor and document the VCNs according to internal and regulatory procedures
  • Ensure timely implementation of required actions and documentation updates


Profile sought


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields
  • First experience in a similar position desired
  • Good command of GMP regulations and change control processes
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of supply chain, raw materials, equipment, or logistics (asset)
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with ability to work independently
  • Fluent English required, German a plus
