Warehouse Logistics Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support logistics and warehouse activities within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. You will ensure the efficient management of materials, inventory, and warehouse operations required to support production campaigns while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities for manufacturing campaigns and ensure material availability.
- Manage goods receipt, storage, stock transfers, and shipment activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive materials and cold chain compliance.
- Act as the main logistics contact between production teams and central warehouse operations.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or materials management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or GMP-regulated industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and quality-oriented mindset.
Language Requirements
- English: Professional written and spoken level required.
- German: Strong asset
