For our partner located in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a : Junior HR Business Partner
Temporary position

Your mission :
As an HRBP, you act as a partner to managers and employees within your scope. You are part of the HR team and provide support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. You will also contribute to local HR projects in areas such as recruitment, performance management, talent development, or compensation policies.
Your responsibilities :
• Support and advise managers on all HR-related topics.
• Deploy the people plan in alignment with HR and business strategy (talent management, performance, engagement).
• Coordinate HR administrative activities in collaboration with HR Services.
• Build trusting relationships with teams and the global HR network.
• Monitor and improve HR efficiency through key performance indicators.
• Facilitate organizational and team development activities.
• Support managers in structuring their teams and implementing change management initiatives.
• Manage periods of high workload while maintaining a high level of quality.
Your profile :
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Basic knowledge of Swiss labor law and experience with disciplinary procedures.
• On-site presence required at least 4 days per week in Visp.
• Good understanding of HR processes: Total Rewards, recruitment, performance, talent development.
• Strong comfort with technology tools and HR dashboards.
