For our client located in the canton of Fribourg and specialized in the pharmaceutical field, GI Life Sciences is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative - Temporary position

Start: ASAP 

Your mission:

Ensure the complete management of customer orders in an international environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. You will be a key player in the coordination between internal teams and external partners, while contributing to the optimization of processes and the digitalization of flows.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the complete order cycle for international clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ensure proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, particularly in terms of digitalization and process optimization.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams to solve problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to change management and adaptation of processes in a dynamic context.

Your profile:

• Degree in logistics or customer service.
• Proven experience in international customer service, supply chain, logistics or transport.
• Experience in client service management for the Middle East and Africa regions would be highly valued.
• Open mind, flexible and able to adapt to changes.
• Fluent English.
