Position: Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

Key Responsibilities

Role & Activities


  • Serve as a role model in delivering outstanding client experiences, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism and service.
  • Support store management in achieving both qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting high performance and engagement.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains exceptional visual and operational standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Actively participate in daily briefings and share insights on sales trends and client feedback.

Sales & Business Development


  • Drive individual and team sales performance according to company expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and boost sales using CRM tools and clienteling strategies.
  • Contribute to the store’s commercial strategy by suggesting initiatives to maximize results.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering personalized and exclusive experiences.

Client Management & CRM


  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored follow-up and after-sales service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle complex client requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Share best practices and assist colleagues in improving clienteling skills.
  • Communicate valuable client insights to management to refine business strategies.

Product & Visual


  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all product categories, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • Participate in product presentations and training sessions, acting as an in-store product expert.
  • Ensure proper product care and contribute to maintaining the boutique’s refined visual identity.

Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Client Advisor in luxury retail.
  • Strong expertise in Women’s Ready-to-Wear.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Solid business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
  • Advanced clienteling skills, capable of delivering bespoke and emotionally engaging service.
  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and a refined sense of luxury.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
