We are looking for a Senior Scientist, QA Systems & Compliance to support and maintain the Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a strong focus on compliance, system ownership, and continuous improvement. This position is critical for managing deviations, change controls, CAPAs, audits, and inspections in alignment with cGMP standards and health authority expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Quality Systems & TrackWise Support
• Manage deviations, change controls, and CAPAs from both system and compliance perspectives.
• Act as QA approver for quality records in TrackWise.
• Support system ownership for Deviation, Change Control, and CAPA processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of QMS structures and processes.
• Compliance, Audits & Inspections
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Support Quality Management Review (QMR) processes.
• Reporting & Governance
• Assist with Power BI reporting for the site.
• Provide regular updates on activities, risks, and compliance issues.
• Training & Knowledge Management
• Act as backup Qualified Master Trainer (QMT) when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry) or Engineering.
• Languages: English (fluent), German (asset).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cGMP Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of deviation management, change control, CAPA, audits, and self-inspections.
• Proficient in standard software and advanced system user expertise.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
