For our partner located in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a Scheduler :

Scheduler - Temporary position

Tasks and responsibilities

Ensure full responsibility for E2E schedules of programs related to operational readiness, including workload management and updates.

Update resource workload for PCP operational activities (manufacturing building in Visp).

Prepare, conduct and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, Plant Engineering, support teams, etc.) in order to ensure regular updating and rigorous monitoring of the E2E schedule.

Support and coordinate the planning of several operational projects, exclusively related to operational preparation (excluding investment projects).

Provide cross-functional support to other activities related to project planning and implementation.

Profile :

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Complete and autonomous mastery of Primavera P6, as well as excellent knowledge of Excel.

Open-mindedness, data-driven curiosity and ability to develop and maintain robust schedules in P6 and Excel.
