Logistics Specialist (DE – EN)


Start date: May 1, 2026

Temporary position

End date: April 30, 2027


Your mission :

As a Logistics Specialist, your role is to ensure the end‑to‑end management of logistics flows, from the receipt of goods to their dispatch. You contribute to the efficient operation of the supply chain by guaranteeing an effective, reliable, and fully traceable inventory management.


Your responsibilities :

· Inspect incoming deliveries in terms of quantity and quality to ensure compliance with requirements.

· Record goods receipts in the SAP system, ensuring full traceability.

· Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations within both automated and manual storage areas.

· Operate and monitor automated storage systems as well as complex conveyor installations.

· Carry out order picking in accordance with instructions.

· Label and prepare goods for shipment to ensure smooth transportation.

· Archive logistics documentation to guarantee complete traceability of all goods transactions.

· Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding stock levels, shipment status, and logistics‑related inquiries.


Your profile :

· You have 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally in an industrial or automated environment.

· You have a solid knowledge of SAP and are comfortable working with automated warehouse management systems.

· You hold a SUVA‑recognized certification for material handling equipment (categories R1 and R2 – mandatory).

· You are fluent in German; English skills are considered an asset.

· You are known for your accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
