For an established client located in Zürich, we are seeking an experienced Client Specialist.

In this role, you will represent the brand and ensure an exceptional client experience across Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories, while supporting operational activities such as stock handling, after-sales coordination, and back-office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, guide, and support clients throughout their shopping experience while building long-term relationships.
• Achieve sales objectives and proactively expand your client portfolio through networking and client outreach.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring excellence in product display and visual merchandising.
• Assist with daily operations including stock management, inventories, after-sales processing, product reception, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate repairs and follow-ups to ensure a seamless after-sales experience.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong interest in jewellery and proven sales-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Client-oriented, able to identify customer needs and guide them with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain organised and precise in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; confident in using SAP and CRM systems.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
